The Making of NetBounce

NetBounce started with a simple question "why are talented international students struggling to get jobs in the USA? Three childhood friends — Nisarg, Brijesh, and Dwijen decided to do something about it. With no office and no structure, they began helping students from home.

By 2023, NetBounce opened its first office with a growing team. In 2024, the company scaled rapidly, expanding to a team of 100+. As impact grew, so did the vision beyond just job placement.In 2025, NetBounce expanded into recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce solutions. Today, with 300+ team members and multiple branches, the journey continues to grow.
2022

When Things Started Getting Real

A few students turned into many, and referrals kept growing. People started trusting them with something serious "their careers". Days became longer, nights shorter, and work never really stopped. Everything still ran from one place just laptops and determination.

There was no fancy setup, but there was consistency. Every placement added pressure and responsibility. It was no longer just helping it was becoming a commitment. The expectations were rising, and so was the effort. This was no longer temporary it was turning into a mission.
2023

The Leap That Changed Everything

Growth demanded a decision stay comfortable or take a risk. That’s when the first office came in, with a team of 15-20 people. For the first time, NetBounce had structure and direction. Roles were defined, systems were introduced, and processes began.

The work became more organized, but expectations grew higher. Now it wasn’t just effort it had to deliver consistently. Every candidate, every result started to matter more. The uncertainty slowly turned into commitment. This was the year NetBounce truly became real.
2024

Expanding Industry Reach

Momentum picked up, and growth came faster than expected. The team scaled from 20 to nearly 100 people.
A bigger office, better systems, and stronger execution followed. More candidates trusted the process and saw real outcomes.

Placements increased, and the name started gaining recognition. With growth came challenges, but also better solutions. The team was improving with adaptiveness

NetBounce was no longer trying to prove itself.
It was already delivering results at scale.
2025

The Shift That Changed the Game

Until now, the focus was on helping candidates get jobs.
But a bigger realization changed everything companies needed help too. NetBounce expanded into recruitment and talent acquisition, background checks, payroll, and tax services became part of the offering.

The shift from B2C to B2B opened a new chapter. Now it wasn’t just about placements it was about building teams. The vision evolved from solving one problem to many. The impact became wider and more structured.

This was the year NetBounce became a complete solution.

Still Growing.
Still Not Done.

Today, NetBounce is a 300+ team across multiple branches. From one room to multiple offices, the journey has transformed. Systems, teams, and processes are now fully established. But the mindset remains exactly the same as day one.

The focus is still on solving real problems for real people. Every placement still matters, just like the first one. Growth hasn’t changed the purpose it has strengthened it. The scale has increased, but the intent remains personal. And honestly, this still feels like just the beginning.
