Refund Policy

This refund policy specifically applies to candidates enrolled in the NetBounce's Job Acquire Program.

REFUND POLICY

As per our agreement, NetBounce Placement LLC does not offer refunds*, and all sales are considered final. Refunds are only applicable for candidates enrolled in the Interview Guarantee Plan, and are subject to the specific conditions outlined below.

The candidate acknowledges that this policy and related documentation may serve as evidence of services provided in the event of a dispute. Payments made through a relative’s, friend’s, or any third party’s account will not be eligible for dispute resolution or chargebacks.

The candidate agrees to promptly communicate any dissatisfaction or concerns during the course of the program, allowing NetBounce a reasonable opportunity to address and improve the services, including arranging additional sessions if required. Failure to raise such concerns during the service period will be considered as acceptance of the services, and such claims will not be considered during refund evaluation.

Refund requests may be denied in cases where third-party involvement (such as relatives or friends) is identified on behalf of the candidate.

If a candidate independently secures a job after one month from the Date of Enrollment (DOE), no refund will be applicable as per our agreement.

Refund Terms and Conditions

Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the candidate must be enrolled in the Interview Guarantee Plan. NetBounce is not obligated to issue any refund if the candidate fails to fulfill their responsibilities as outlined in our agreement.

Refund Percentage:
If NetBounce secures between 0 to 5 interviews, the candidate shall be eligible for an 80% refund. If NetBounce secures between 5 to 10 interviews, the candidate shall be eligible for a 70% refund. If NetBounce secures between 11 to 15 interviews, the candidate shall be eligible for a 50% refund. All refunds are subject to deduction of applicable expenses as outlined below.

Expenses:
A monthly charge of $375 will be deducted from any applicable refund for the duration of services provided. This fee covers costs incurred by NetBounce, including recruiter efforts, vendor payments for RUC sessions and interview assistance (if availed), marketing expenses, and other related profile service costs.

Request for Refund:
Candidates who meet the refund criteria must submit a formal written request via email at:

Refund Processing Time:
Upon receiving a valid refund request, NetBounce will review and verify eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Cancellation of Enrollment:
If a candidate chooses to cancel their enrollment in the Interview Guarantee Plan during its active term, no refund will be initiated, and the candidate will not be eligible for any refund under these terms.
